Small Order Charges, S&H, sales tax info:
For orders of merchandise in the Same Line under $100.00; a small order charge of $20.00 will apply.
A small order charge will not apply to orders in the Same Line that total $100.00 worth of merchandise.
Combining merchandise from different Lines  to reach a $100.00 total order to avoid small order charges is not permitted.
Delivery and S/H costs:
Add 10% for Shipping and Handling within the continental U.S.A. for 8-9 business day service without decoration
Add 20% for Shipping and Handling within the continental U.S.A. for 6-7 business day service without decoration, minimum rush charge is $25 for merchandise orders under $100.00
Delivery with decoration: 4 weeks.
Missouri residents add sales tax of 7.075% of your merchandise total.
