Small Order Charges, S&H, sales tax info:
For orders of merchandise in the Same Line under $75.00; a small order charge of $20.00 will apply.
For orders between $75.00 and $100.00 a small order charge of $15.00 will apply.
A small order charge will not apply to orders in the Same Line that total $100.00 worth of merchandise.
Combining merchandise from different Lines to reach a $100.00 total order to avoid small order charges is not permitted.

Missouri residents add sales tax of 7.075% of your merchandise total.
