Ordering instructions for custom imprinted bags using a template

1) advise template model# shown "below" the template, also, to avoid mistake, briefly describe the template.
2) if you want to combine a logo with a template, advise logo name and number of  logo 
3) advise your imprint team name you want placed on the template
4) imprint color or colors, for 2 or 3 color imprint,  advise ink color for each part of the imprint template and team name
5) imprint typeface
6) advise location of imprint

Ordering instructions for custom imprinted bags using a logo and or just a typeface

1) advise logo name and number if selecting a logo 
2) advise your imprint team name.
3) advise location of logo and and location of team name (example, team name top, logo centered under team name) 
3) imprint color or colors, for 2 or 3 color imprint,  advise ink color for each part of the imprint. (example if different, advise color for team name and color for logo)
4) imprint typeface
5) imprint type style

Custom imprint job other than those mentioned above, will be subject to "make camera ready color separated" art charges. 
Faxed artwork or camera ready artwork that needs adjusting will be subject to additional charges of $50.00 per hour.
Email formats accepted: Illustrator
File formats: EPS or TIFF
Acceptable media CD or DVD, fax artwork not accepted for multi-color imprint

Stock Ink imprint colors: black, brown, cardinal (crimson) dark green, Kelly green,  gold, Vegas gold (tan gold),  yellow,  gray, lavender, maroon, navy, orange, purple, red, royal blue, light blue, navy blue, orange, Texas orange (rusty looking orange), Tennessee orange (very light orange), teal, turquoise, white.
